How to Cancel a JetBlue Flight?

Online Method

1. Go to JetBlue Airways official website
2. Navigate the manage flight booking link on the landing page
3. From the JetBlue Airlines Manage Booking  page select “My trips”
4. Input your booking number in the appropriate fields
5. Click the “Find button” to see all of your scheduled JetBlue Flights
6. Next, you can open the specific booking that you wish to cancel

JetBlue Cancellation Policy 2023

According to JetBlue Cancellation policy 2023:

1. Passengers are allowed to cancel their flight tickets once for free either by calling its customer service, by visiting the ticket office or through the JetBlue App
2. You can also cancel a flight without any fees if you do so within 24 hours of booking a flight
3. However if you can cancel after this period, JetBlue charges a cancellation fee of $75 per ticket
4. If you want to change or cancel your flight ticket outside of the 24 hour cancellation it will cost you $100 per ticket. The airline does not charge any cancellation fees for changes made within 30 days prior to flight departure.

JetBlue Airlines 24 hour Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time  of your first flight.  

If you cancel your flight tickets within 24 hours of your initial purchase, you will receive a full refund. JetBlue Airlines will not charge any change or cancellation fees to anyone travelling in business class. Furthermore there is no cancellation fees for travellers travelling on Blue Extra prices and Blue Basic passengers are not entitled to refunds.

1. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time, the cancellation fees is $100 per person for domestic flights and $200 per person for international flights.
2. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your Scheduled flight JetBlue Airlines wont charge you anything.
3. However if you cancel within the 24 hour window, JetBlue Airlines will charge $150 per ticket.
4. Also, if you don’t arrive on time and don’t call ahead the airlines will charge you $150 per passenger.

According to JetBlue Airlines Refund Policy if you cancel your flight within 24 hours of departure, you will receive a full refund if your flight ticket was purchased at least14 days in advance.  Otherwise the Airlines will issue you a refund for the unused portion of your ticket.

JetBlue Airlines Compensation Policy

In the event of flight delays or cancellations from the airlines, JetBlue Airlines will rebook you on another flight, but only if it’s within the same calendar year. If the new flight is outside of that time frame, they will provide you a compensation equal to 200 percent of the fare paid for that leg of your original itinerary which will be up to $400.
